Evaluation of the Economy of Selected Organization

Bachelor thesis is focused on the financial situation of non-profit organisation in 2011 - 2014. The aim of the first part is a theoretical knowledge of non-profit sector in Czech republic. We will introduce the non-profit organization with its financial situation described in the financial analysis, in the second part. The last – third part is presenting solutions, which should improve the whole financial situation.

In the bachelor´s thesis you first presents the theoretical part, which is the issue of types of prices in the property market. I will try to explain the method of valuation of assets. Award immovable assets also affect the legal defects of the property may flounder. This problem I will devote the price chapter 5 of my bachelor thesis. The last chapter will be taxes that are directly related to immovable property. Home and practical part of the thesis deals with comparing different types of prices of selling a family house in Pohořelice. In the practical part I will also pay how much a participant in the sale of the property actually pay (or receive) money.
The Influence of Changes in the Civil Code and Tax Impact on Non-profit Organizations

This master thesis concerns a transformation of the civil association into one of the legal forms, which were created along with the new civil code. A various analysis of transformation criteria have to be done, in order to decide which legal form is suitable. The tax impacts are one of the major criteria and therefore they are analysed separately. A recommendation of specific legal form and identification of regarding tax impacts are the main goals of this thesis.
Valuation methodology used for the purpose of UniCredit Bank and ČSOB

Diploma thesis deals with the procedures for valuation of property according to the methodologies used by banks UniCredit Bank and ČSOB. This diploma thesis describes the principles of valuation of assets. In this thesis there are mentioned basic concepts of banking. It carries out a detailed analysis, description and comparison of selected valuation methodologies used by banks and methodologies used in appraiser´s work, who prepares evaluations for banking institutions. Based on the findings an analysis of the different methodologies is made.
Institutional Framework of the Real Estate Activity

Presented diploma thesis deals with concepts from the real estate practice and people, who are employed in this practice. The thesis provides a look at contracts used in the real estate practice and their changes according to the passing of the new Civil code. The thesis is mapping changes in the real estate business as a follow-up to the passing ot the new cadastral act. Focus is also put on new definitions of some terms related to the real estate branch, as the new Civil code stipulates. The thesis studies present level of education of real estate brokers and possibilities of further education in this branch. Within the scope of the diploma thesis a questionnaire has been elaborated, which mapps fundamental issues of the real estate business. The questionnaire is also focused on prepared bill about providing of services of the real estate brokers.
Principles of Land Register Adminstration

This master´s thesis deals with the basic principles of the Land Register, comparing those principles on the basis of previous legal regulation in effect until the end of 2013 and current legislation, where from the 1st January 2014 came to force Act no. 256/2013 Coll., on Land Registry (Cadastral Act) and Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. Many changes, important for principles of the cadastre, are enshrined in these regulations. Thesis describes particular principles and states the most important changes, that occured in connection with the new legislation. It explains these changes theoretically and also practically on simple examples for better understanding of the principle.
Principles of the Land Register Keeping

This master’s thesis deals with the basic principles of the Land Register. It compares establishment of principles in the previous legal regulation in effect until the end of year 2013 with the new legislation effective from the 1st of January 2014, when the new Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll. and the new Cadastral Law No. 256/2013 Coll. entered into force. The new Civil Code brings large changes in the recodification of private law. Some important changes are related to the topic of this thesis, it changes the definition of immovable property, expands the range of rights registered in the cadastre and significantly affects the principles of the Land Register. The thesis explains the principles and searches for the most significant changes brought by the new legislation. Furthermore the thesis also discusses the status of the property owner. So it focuses mainly on the principle of material publicity related to the protection of good faith. The conclusion summarizes the most important changes in legislation that significantly affected the principles of the Land Register and assurance of the correct acquisition of property rights.

Dissertation work deals problems Law Of Building in relations to new Civil Code No. 89/2012 Sb. (NOZ - new Civil Code) Legal regulations are for all new and rather are in common level. Supplying present, more than 40 years old Civil Code new recipe, presents revolutionary changes in civil right. NCC starting from the another ideological, political and terminological bases. With new Civil Code loom incomming new questions: What will real property and what will no. What kind of law is possible newly to real property to establish. How will new property owners limited. Important is appreciate, that by the new Civil Code was cancelled current Civil Code, so and current Business Code too. New legal regulations cancelles more than 238 law regulations. Prevention in the Civil Code The topic of my thesis is prevention in the Civil Code. This thesis examines the definition of the concept of prevention within the Civil Code as a key aspect in the provision of general rules of mutual coexistence in our main legal code. Prevention is not only understood here as an effort to prevent illegal actions, but is extended to a broader concept of preventing damage or injury to the health and life of individuals in society, when its essence goes beyond the concept of law. The work reflects the development of the concept of prevention and its anchoring in the Civil Code, with an emphasis on various historical concepts and the development of legal regulations. The first chapter of the thesis analyzes various concepts of prevention mainly in a general sense, focusing on its importance in various fields, including medicine, social sciences and criminology. The content of other types of prevention such as primary and secondary or general and specific is also defined here. The second chapter is devoted to a brief summary of the development of the Civil Code as a legal code, with an emphasis on its development in Roman society, the Middle Ages and modern times.
